A typical two-hour visit begins comfortably: sitting down together with a fresh cuppa and a friendly chat to catch up and see how you are feeling. From there, we roll up our sleeves and get to work—whether that means tackling household chores, sorting out shopping lists, preparing meals, or tending to light gardening.
